Fourteen days after January 6. 2021, Kamala Harris was sworn in as Vice President – the first woman, the first Black American, and the first South Asian American to be elected to this position.

She has led the fight for the freedom of women to make decisions about their own bodies, the freedom to vote, and the freedom to drink clean water and breathe clean air.

Kamala’s experience of 4 years as Vice President and President of the Senate, her experience as a Senator for 4 years and her experience as Attorney General of California for 6 years prepared her well for the Presidency of the United States!

That's why I wear this Kamala t-shirt with PRIDE 👇

A welcomed change in this miserable mess we call politics. But let’s keep our eyes on the prize folks. Trump can still win this election due to greed, misinformation and ignorance. As a wise person once said:

“When we fight, we Win!” 👍

I am an enormous fan of Star Trek. All of them, but my favorite was Next Generation. Star Trek taught ethics and morality, right from wrong, so much better than any church claims to do. No one who loves Star Trek could possibly be a racist, misogynist, or disbeliever in science. Star Trek offered such an optimistic view of the future. It offered hope. I wonder if any MAGAs ever watched Star Trek? It might have offered them a chance for a more hopeful future than going to church once a week.

For God’s sakes, Republicans, watch Star Trek! Star Trek was an insight into the future, a future that can be prevented only if we listen. Watch Star Trek!.
